This patient came in our office, with multiple lost and failing teeth, mostly due to negligence and severe fear from going to a dentist.Â
After the initial examination and diagnosis, we opted for a combined implant and zirconia bridges full mouth reconstruction.
After the extractions the patient was provided with temporary a bridge for the healing period.
We placed six implants using computer guided surgery, all in one day under local anesthesia.
We waited six months for the osseointegration of the implants. The patient came back to our office after that period for the final restoration with zirconia.
A full mouth reconstruction using zirconia crowns and bridges was performed, leaving the patient with a long lasting, functional and beautiful smile.
