This patient came to our clinic with multiple missing teeth and significant loss of dental structure in both the upper and lower jaws. The condition had also led to altered occlusion (bite misalignment), which was affecting both the function and overall facial aesthetics.
We began with a comprehensive evaluation, including 3D imaging using cone-beam CT technology to assess the bone structure and precisely plan the treatment.
Our goal was not only to replace missing teeth but also to restore a healthy bite and natural facial harmony.
As part of the implant-prosthetic treatment plan, two dental implants were placed in the lower jaw to replace the missing teeth in that region. The use of digital planning tools and surgical guides ensured optimal positioning, stability, and long-term success of the implants.
Once the healing phase and full osseointegration of the implants were completed, we proceeded with the final phase of the treatment. Zirconia crowns and bridges were fabricated and placed on both the upper and lower jaws, restoring full dental arches with exceptional strength and aesthetics. These restorations were custom-designed to match the patient’s natural teeth and support a balanced bite.
