NEW IMPLANTS
Full Dental and Bite Reconstruction
“Doctor, thank you so much for the excellent work—you’ve made me a new person. May your hands be forever blessed.”
– Roza Mancheva
This patient came to us from neighboring Bulgaria with the desire to improve the aesthetics of her smile.
However, once we conducted a full clinical examination along with detailed X-rays and diagnostic imaging, we discovered that her case required more than just cosmetic improvements. It was clear that a complete reconstruction of both the teeth and the bite (occlusion) was necessary in order to restore proper function, stability, and long-term oral health.
Several teeth that were beyond saving had to be extracted as the first step. After that, we proceeded with a carefully planned combined implant-prosthetic treatment approach. In the upper jaw, we carried out a full reconstruction using zirconia crowns and bridges, chosen for their durability, biocompatibility, and superior aesthetic properties.
In the lower jaw, due to a lack of natural tooth support, we placed three dental implants using a surgical guide to ensure precision and optimal placement. After allowing sufficient time for the implants to fully integrate with the bone—a process known as osseointegration—we completed the lower reconstruction with zirconia crowns and bridges, matching the appearance and functionality of the upper restoration.
The result is a beautifully restored smile with proper bite alignment and strong, stable teeth. The patient now enjoys not only a significant aesthetic transformation but also improved chewing function and renewed confidence in her everyday life. Her gratitude and emotional reaction are reminders of the life-changing power of a healthy, confident smile.
