“Finally, I can eat better and smile with confidence!” – Ljubinka, Macedonia
Ljubinka came to our clinic struggling with a failing metal-ceramic dental construction in her upper jaw and a completely nonfunctional removable denture in her lower jaw. She faced significant challenges with both function and aesthetics, and her quality of life was affected by difficulty eating and feeling self-conscious about her smile.
After a thorough initial analysis, including x-rays and a detailed oral examination, we designed a personalized therapy plan tailored to her needs. The plan involved placing dental implants and restoring both the upper and lower jaws with high-quality zirconia crowns and bridges.
We began by placing four implants in Ljubinka’s lower jaw. To ensure she could eat and speak comfortably during the healing period, we immediately provided her with fixed provisional temporary teeth. These allowed her to enjoy everyday functions while the implants integrated securely with her jawbone.
While the lower implants were healing, we focused on Ljubinka’s upper jaw. We carefully removed her old crowns, addressed all underlying dental issues, and reshaped the gum line to achieve a natural, harmonious appearance. Temporary teeth were provided throughout this phase, ensuring Ljubinka maintained functionality and aesthetics while her gums healed.
Once the gums and implants were fully healed and stable, we proceeded with the final stage: a complete full-mouth reconstruction using zirconia crowns and bridges. This material was chosen for its strength, durability, and natural appearance, providing Ljubinka with a long-lasting and beautiful smile.
